Mr. Vincent J. Derudder
Vincent J. Derudder was educated in Paris and New York, graduating in international business and tax law. Vincent has extensive Pan-European experience in the areas of commercial insurance, finance and legal administration.
He is one of the founders of the first financial services trade association created in Europe: he has been since 1999 Secretary General of “FédérationEuropéenne des ConseilsetIntermédiaires Financiers,” a trade body based in Brussels representing 300,000 EU intermediaries through their national associations.
Vincent has held a variety of senior management roles in various types of organisations, including venture capital funds and insurance brokerages. He was Managing Director of one of the largest Luxembourg-based Venture Capital funds and in his role as Chairman of the Board, he was responsible for the public listing of one of the first pan European insurance master brokers.
Vincent has been active in major European countries (Spain, United Kingdom, Belgium, and Luxembourg). Another career highlight has been the foundation of Nucleus Euro-Advisers, a Luxembourg-based holding company where he heads the Pan-European operations of this pioneering financial brokerage. This fund board member has gained international experience and expertise in business valuation, investment strategy and portfolio management, including IPO preparation. Vincent is also currently a Director of an EEA Life Company, an EU non-life Insurance Company and a Luxembourg Fund Administrator.
In addition to other professional memberships, Vincent is a life member of the American Association of International Law, a life member of the Association Franco-Britannique. He is also a guest professor in EU Community Law at Bocconi University (Milan) and Paris-Dauphine University (Paris). Vincent is also an author.
Mrs. Hanna Duer
Hanna was educated in Denmark achieving a BS Economics in 1988 and a MS Economics in 1992 from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She graduated in International Business with an MBA major in Financial Economics and International Business from the McMaster University, Canada.
She has extensive management and operational experience in the investment management sector and a strong knowledge of all types of asset classes and financial instruments, including alternative investment products, i.e. Real Estate, Private Equity, Hedge Funds and structured products. She has attained above benchmark risk-adjusted returns on investment portfolios.
Hanna was Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Codan, Denmark (the second largest Nordic/Baltic Insurance Company) and holds the position of Director of Stauffenberg Capital Management S.A.; a Fund of Real Estate Funds, SIF-FCP. She also has vast experience with real estate investments through her employment within large pension and insurance companies.
Hanna is experienced in direct investments in retail and commercial real estate in Denmark and Sweden, and has successfully managed a portfolio of properties of €700m. She has managed the real estate investment in a large shopping mall in Denmark where the largest Danish retail supermarket was the tenant.
Privately, Hanna has incorporated a property company with investments in land development in Denmark.
Mr. Richard N. B. Goddard
Richard is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience in the European financial sector. He has held various general management, business development and operational roles within (JP Morgan) Fleming and ABN AMRO Asset Management.
He is a graduate from Trinity College Oxford and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales [ICAEW].
After completing a DPhil, Richard trained and worked as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse (Coopers) before leaving in 1994 to join (JP Morgan) Fleming, where he held a number of directorships before becoming European Head of Operations and Customer Services for Fleming Asset Management between 1998 and 2000.
In June 2000, he joined ABN AMRO as Managing Director for ABN AMRO Investment Funds SA Luxembourg. He was made Head of European Funds, ABN AMRO Asset Management in March 2004 and was Chairman of the Group’s Luxembourg-based funds.
Richard is a native English speaker and fluent in French and German with a solid working knowledge of other European languages. Over the past 10, years he has acted as a Director for various Luxembourg domiciled funds, including alternative investment vehicles, multi-manager products, private equity and structured funds. In addition to this, he is actively involved in a number of industry bodies, including membership of the Investment Funds Committee of Luxembourg Institute of Directors, and the Consultative Committee of Accounting Bodies.
Mr. Kevin A. Mudd
Kevin has worked within the financial services industry internationally since 1982 and has over 25 years’ offshore experience in managing client assets, building companies and advising clients.
He is a graduate in Economics from the University of Wales and holds an International Certificate for Financial Advisers with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
After graduating, Kevin became a Trainee Accountant with Chartered Accountants Stoy Hayward before founding OFS International, an asset management company with more than 15,000 clients on three continents. The firm became Inter-Alliance WorldNet, after a partial sale in 2002 to the largest IFA on the UK stock market.
Kevin became Director of licensed fund manager KMG Capital Markets in 1991. In 1996 he founded the Private Client Portfolio Mutual Fund, introducing the innovative concept of an Asset Allocation Committee, comprising the skills of five renowned investment houses to manage assets. Membership has included such names as: CitiGroup Quilters, Credit Suisse, James Capel and Co and Royal Bank of Canada. Additionally, he is a director of IndemnityFirst, a proven specialist in the Traded Policy market, and a director of FinanceCube, an internet technology platform for portfolio management.
Kevin is currently Chairman of the Board of Cyprus International Financial Services Association (CIFSA). A member of the Board and Vice President of The European Federation of Financial Advisors and Financial Intermediaries (FECIF). A member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), he was President of the Rotary Club of Limassol-Berengaria Cosmopolitan from 2006 to 2007 and President of Toastmasters in Limassol, 2004-2005.
Mrs. Supreetee Saddul
Supreetee studied cybernetics at Reading University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Institute of Directors and the Association of Certified Fraud Accountants. She has over 20 years experience in a variety of industries including financial services, construction, and garment manufacturing amongst others.
Supreetee joined KMG as a Director in 2010 and her strengths in Property Portfolio Management, Management Company expertise and her extensive knowledge of Operating Procedures and policies compliments the KMG Board well.
Supreetee started her career in finance in England, with the advertising group BoaseMassimiPollit Davidson Pearce Plc and she has spent 10 years in Mauritius where she gained experience in the construction, manufacturing and financial services sectors; spending almost 3 years as Managing Director of Commonwealth Trust (Mauritius) Ltd, the newly launched subsidiary of a well established BVI Trust and Company Formation services company. After, assisting the shareholders with the sale of the Mauritius entity, Supreetee returned to Europe where she joined Pradera Europe, niche asset managers specializing in the acquisition and management of out-of-town shopping centres and retail parks in Europe.
Supreetee still sits on the boards of Pradera's 3 regulated Luxembourg Funds, Pradera European Retail Fund, Pradera Central and Eastern Fund and Pradera European Retail Fund 2, and assists them in managing their Luxembourg Fund Administration office where she retains responsibility for implementing and overseeing the internal processes and policies.
